PRESS RELEASE
We are proud to announce an Amiga show for the West Coast, AmiWest '98 to be held at the Ramada Inn in Sacramento, California on July 11th and 12th, 1998. This show is being jointly sponsored by the Sacramento Amiga Computer Club, the Redwood Empire Amiga Users Group, and other West Coast user groups and has official sanction from Amiga, Inc. and the Industry Council Open Amiga (ICOA).
AmiWest '98 is the first Amiga show to be produced on the West Coast in over four years. We expect attendance from all over the Western United States with special guests from thoughout the world. Along with two days of show exhibits from major Amiga companies, ICOA will also be hosting a four day Developer's Conference. The show itself will be held on July 11th and 12th with seminars and developer sessions spaning the four days between Friday, July 10th and Monday, July 13th.
Space is available for rent to companies, clubs, organizations, and individuals producing Amiga related products and services. This four day weekend event will showcase the progress that the Amiga Community is making as well as having exhibitors demonstrating their newest products.
